This presentation will cover the most common mistakes made when working with electronic forensics experts. We will cover specific items to check on the CV, how to spot an expert that lacks requisite skills, how to prepare for opposing experts, the most commonly overlooked (but valuable!) resources for evidence, and the most common ethical pitfalls (and how to spot them).
